Flab-Proof fitness
When I used to work out at a gym, I noticed very few people getting lean.
Seemed like they were flab magnets. Heck, I was one, too. No matter what I did, or how hard I trained I could never get lean. And I know most people are in the same boat.
This was a tough pill to swallow for a former skinny guy. It was hard to believe that I was becoming flabby and couldn’t keep it off.
It wasn’t until I started with certain bodyweight exercises and eating certain foods did I get lean. And then when I started studying gymnastics I became much more fat-repellant.
That’s the way it works. When you train your body in certain ways, like an Animal or a Gymnast, your body starts to repel the flab. Your body has no use for it so gets rid of it.
And then one day it actually takes more effort to get the flab on than off. That’s how efficient and flab-proof your body becomes.
