Big Problem with the Ex-Wife

A man named Moose recently wrote me about a big problem with his ex-wife:

Hi Eddie,

My training partner (my ex-wife) is stuck on some bad antibiotics (to kill a sinus infection). Doc told her no exercise for 3 weeks because a side effect is it weakens the tendons especially the achilles. She’s four days into this and already begging me for exercise she can safely do so she can at least maintain where
she’s at fitness and weightwise. She wants to get her heart rate up and wants a good workout without risking tendon injury.

I was going to offer her my assistance in a daily bout of sex but I’d rather not offend a strong woman on medication…

Anyways, my question is which one of your programs do you think she oughta do? I have them all but want your advice.

Thanks,
Moose

Hi Moose,

My expert advice: a bout of sex with a Moose is the best thing she could do. Clears the mind, increases heart rate, burns flab and has been proven to raise the IQ. Tell her this comes straight from the horse’s mouth. Mr. Ed wants only what’s best for her and has no bias toward any Moose.

But if that plan doesn’t pan out, she should do the following:

Stay off the hands and feet as much as possible because I’m not sure if she can handle any movement on them. I have no idea how nasty this med is so let’s not take any chances. I don’t know if something even as simple as normal pushups would be too harsh.

So, of my programs, doing the exercises in Gymnastic Abs would be your best bet.

Have her follow the instructions to a T. The Gymnastic Abs 10 Commandments will be key here, especially #2. Doing the exercises this way will increase the heart rate. If she does them right she’ll be smoked. Best of all, it’ll help her strengthen her entire body.

Years ago I hurt my shoulder badly in a gymnastics fall and was sidelined for a good month. My coach told me my weak abs pretty much caused the accident, meaning I couldn’t handle the skill because I was too weak for it causing me to crash and burn. I was in enough pain that all I could do were ab exercises so we used the opportunity to get my core super strong.

After a month off, my shoulders were weaker due to inactivity, which was to be expected. But training my abs in this unique gymnastic way made my entire body so much stronger.

So, when I did return to doing shoulder work, fuggedaboutit! My strength shot through the roof because I was harnessing the power of very strong abs, something I had never done before; all the muscles in my body were now connected.

Your ex will have the same effect happen to her if she does these exercises as instructed. At first she’ll see a decline in a lot of her fitness levels due to the 3 weeks off. But the brief hiatus will give her an opportunity to really build her inner core body up. So much so, that when she returns to her normal training, watch out.

She’ll see major improvements in every area. It’ll be well worth it in the long run. Like for me, it’ll be a blessing in disguise.

Let me know how it goes.

Having Gymnastic Abs is critical regardless of whatever your level or activity, if you’re injured or healthy.

All the best,
